This limited liability company was formed for the purpose of being the designated broker for Virginia licensed real estate brokers which designation is required under Va. Code §54.1-2109.

The licensed broker for this LLC is Cassandra Welch, a highly experienced and well credentialled licensed broker who has served in multiple leadership positions throughout her career. She is the broker who will serve as the broker performing the services of the designated broker.
